Oscar Torlasco was a lighting designer of the 50`s & 60`s in Italy. In 1959 he won the Italian Design award Compasso d`Oro for his street lighting titled "Genova 4053" .
The optic lenses shown in his lamps are his trademark. Torlasco designed for a range of lighting companies in Italy including Lumi and Stilkronen which has since merged into the Falb group.
