He was born in Milan and graduated in architecture at the Polytechnic. His work of architecture and design born from the fascination for the appearing semplicity and complexities of the nature and the life, in their evolution in micro and the macrocosmos, and from an innate curiosity for the science and the human thought in all its manifestations ,from the theory of the chaos to the spirituality, that he sees as inseparable expressions of an unique natural system in evolution. His formal search is continuously mediated from the will to be contaminated from the most intimate and deep spirit of the nature and the matter, that he recognizes like the most evolute "shapes" of the spirituality and technology.
His creations ranging from lighting and furniture to architecture, luxury private residences, showrooms and fashion shops, hotels and resorts in Europe, Russian Federation and Seychelles.
He work also as consultant for the creation, start up and market strategy of new design brands,
The design of Guglielmo Berchicci have been exhibited in major museums of art and design around the world and are part of the design permanent collections of the MoMA New York and of the Triennale di Milano.
His works have been published in the most important books of design and have appeared in movies, television shows and commercials, In addition to publications on leading magazines such as Interni, Abitare, Domus, AD, Elle Decor, and many others.
He has been teaching industrial and lighting design at the IED Milano and Nuova Accademia di Brera of Milano
